So this is happening:
When I first moved to Vancouver in 2005 with aspirations of being a “professional musician” Minus the Bear were my absolute favorite band. This is quite the honor and don’t look now but we’ve played with 2/4’s of Seattle legends BOTCH just this summer (Brian Cook in Sumac and Dave Knudson in Minus the Bear)
A big thanks to anyone/everyone who has bought our new record! The response so far has been unbelievable! Keep it coming folks!
One last thing:
Drew and I are headlining a Tragically Hip Tribute night September 2nd, 2016 at the Rickshaw. The two of us along with members of local crushers The Waning Light will be performing 4 songs. You will have to wait until then to see which one’s we’ve chosen. All proceeds will be going to Gordon Downie’s charity!
